Web App

The web app has the fullest feature set: complete bookkeeping and management capabilities, the richest set of analysis pages, and an admin console.

How to access

Visit bk.minbb.cn in a browser — the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari is recommended. Nothing to install; sign in and use it.

Menu structure

After signing in, you reach all features through the left menu:

Home	Workspace: income/expense overview, calendar, heat map, quick entry
Transaction list	The list of entries, with filtering, search, statistics, and refund linking
Subtotals	Subtotal groups and sub-items, linked entries, and totals
Notifications	Interactive messages and system notifications
AI assistant	Conversational transaction lookup and recording, plus an AI user profile
Expense budgets	Monthly budgets and the yearly summary, with previous-month carry-over
Savings plans	Savings goals and progress tracking
Insights	Spending profile, health score, income & expense insights, spending optimization, savings analysis, fund flow, YoY & MoM comparison, spending concentration, spending structure
App management	Family, fund accounts, ledgers, tags, categories, refund records, debt management
System settings	App preferences
Feedback	Submit and track feedback

Highlights

• The most complete analysis pages: analyses such as fund flow, spending concentration, and spending optimization are currently available only in the web app
• Table-based workflows: the transaction list and management pages support filtering, search, and bulk viewing, which suits concentrated month-end reconciling
• AI assistant: chat with the AI to look up and record transactions and generate an AI user profile

Admin console

When signed in with an administrator account, the admin console is available for operational work such as user management, handling feedback, releasing versions, and sending system notifications. Regular users are unaffected and never see the console entry.
