Registration & Login
All three clients share one account: register on any one of them and you can sign in directly on the others, with data synced in real time.
Register an account
- On the login page, tap "Register"
- Set a username and password
- After registering you are signed in automatically and go straight into the app
Set up automatically
After you register, the system automatically creates a default ledger and a set of common categories (including income and expense categories) for you, so you can start recording without any manual setup.
Sign-in methods
| Method | Description | Where it works |
|---|---|---|
| Password | Enter your username and password — the most common way | All three clients |
| QR code | The computer shows a QR code; scan and confirm it on the phone app, and the computer signs in automatically | Phone scans, desktop / web shows the code |
| Trusted-device sign-in | A trusted device doesn't need the password again within its validity period | The Android app (fingerprint verification supported) |
| Third-party account | Sign in quickly after linking a third-party platform (such as QQ) | Depends on what each client displays |
QR code sign-in steps
- On the desktop app or web app login page, choose "QR code sign-in" — a QR code appears on screen (the code is time-limited, about 2 minutes; once it expires, click refresh to generate a new one)
- Open the phone app and go to "Scan" on the login page
- Scan the QR code on the screen
- Confirm the authorization on your phone, and the computer signs in automatically
Passwordless sign-in on trusted devices
After you have signed in once on the Android app, the device is recorded as trusted and can sign in quickly without a password afterwards. You can also turn on fingerprint sign-in in the "Security Center" — verify with your fingerprint on the device and go straight into the app.
You can unbind a trusted device at any time in the Security Center; after unbinding, the device has to sign in with the password again.
Reset your password
- The login page has a "Forgot password" option: if your account has an email bound to it, you can receive a verification code by email and reset the password
- If you can't recover it yourself, contact an administrator to reset it
Sign in again after changing your password
After you change your password, the login state on all signed-in devices becomes invalid and you need to sign in again (including devices using passwordless sign-in).
Sign out
| Client | Path |
|---|---|
| The Android app | "Me → Settings → Sign out" |
| The desktop app | User area at the bottom left → Sign out |
