Product Overview
BookKeep ("BK" for short) is a cross-platform personal / family bookkeeping app with three clients: the Android app, the web app, and the desktop app. Record on your phone, analyze on your computer — all three clients share one account and sync data in real time.
What it can do for you
- Quick entry: record income and expenses in seconds, with categories, tags, ledgers, and discounted prices; you can also mark special entries such as transfers as "exclude from income & expenses"
- Keep track of your money: fund accounts show where your money is kept, and debt management tracks your mortgage, car loan, and credit card balances
- Control spending: set a budget for each month, with support for carrying over last month's budget and yearly summaries, so overspending is easy to spot
- Reach savings goals: create savings plans and track progress by target amount and deadline
- Understand your data: multi-dimensional analysis — health score, spending profile, YoY & MoM comparison, spending concentration, the Engel coefficient, and more — shows you where your money goes
- AI assistant: chat with the AI to look up and record entries, making bookkeeping as easy as a conversation
- Family sharing: create a family and invite members, and manage family entries together
- Account security: manage trusted devices, review login history, and unlock with your fingerprint, so you always know what's happening with your account

Ready to use right after registration
Once you register an account, the system automatically creates a default ledger and a set of common categories for you, so you can start recording without any configuration.
